At TRN Digital we respect the privacy of everyone who visits our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Personal data is only collected through the contact form or when you email us directly, and only to the extent you choose to share it.
KVKK Privacy Notice
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), TRN Digital, as the data controller, processes the personal data you send via the contact form or email as described below.

The name, email address and message content you share in the contact form.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to hold preliminary discussions about a possible collaboration, based on KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the formation of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Transfer and retention
Form messages reach us through the email delivery provider we use, so data may be processed on servers located outside Turkey. Your data is not shared with third parties for any other purpose and is kept only as long as necessary.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing.
